I. Step 1: Log-in http:// www.yngtxy.edu.cn
II. Step 2: Visit YLRVC’s website to download “YLRVC Admission Application Form for International Students” and fill in the form in English according to the requirements.
III. Step 3: E-mail the following application materials to E-mail address: ylrvcfao@yngtxy.edu.cn.
i. Recently taken bareheaded photo with white background (electronic edition)
ii. Scanning copy of passport (pages with personal information) .
iii. Scanning copy of high school diploma and transcript (submit translated versions English)
iv. Scanning copy of YLRVC Admission Application Form for International Students (The signature must be autographed by applicant after filling in the form and then e-mail the scanning copy).
v. Scanning copy of certificates of Chinese language Level or Advanced Study
vi. Scanning copy of Certificate of No Criminal Conviction issued by the public security Bureau

IV. Step 4: Institute of International Communication reviews the application materials and determines successful applicants
V. Step 5: YLRVC emails the scanning copy of letter of admission in mid- August. Please check and find the materials enclosed.
VI. Step 6: Successful applicants go to the Chinese Embassy in their countries and apply for visa for study (X1 visa) and transact “JW202” form after registration in YLRVC.
VII. Step 7: Successful applicants prepare original copy of all application materials and submit them when register in YLRVC.
